Meet the Breathe Cleveland family!

Lauren Baker

Founder – Studio Manager

Lauren’s extreme passion for yoga and wellness has inspired her to combine corporate knowledge with yogic philosophy when it comes to running a business. She has come to find that when you are in alignment with who you truly are, you cannot help but uplift those with whom you come into contact. It is her greatest joy to make everyone that enters the studio feel seen and heard so that they have an opportunity to align with their divine purpose and call more spiritual freedom into their lives.

Lauren began her wellness journey in 2015 after being inspired to complete levels 1 and 2 Reiki training in Sedona, Arizona. After experiencing the healing effects as both a student and practitioner she added Reiki Master and 200-hour RYT training to her toolbox.

Halli Kiwi

Founder – Lead Teacher

Halli first stepped onto a yoga mat in high school, over 20 years ago. As she cultivated a regular yoga practice, she realized the magic was happening not only on the mat, but also in many areas of her life. This inspired Halli to want to share the gift of yoga, and thus begin her teacher training journey. Halli believes that we all have an opportunity to change our lives through yoga and she is passionate about teaching and sharing this gift with the students at Breathe Cleveland. As a mom of three boys, Halli finds calm amongst the chaos on a daily basis. She believes that yoga is for everybody and every body and if we can change our breath we can change our life. Halli carefully crafts her classes to be powerful while accessible and to guide her students deeper into their breath and their bodies so they leave feeling strong, aligned, and successful. She is so excited to bring these philosophies to the Breathe Cleveland community.

In 2004, Halli began assistant teaching classes and connecting with the student community while enhancing her own practice. A year later, she took her first intensive training with Baron Baptiste and soon began teaching classes all over the greater Cleveland area. Halli has amassed over 650 hours of Wellness Training, including Power Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, Breathless Yoga, and Reiki Level 1 and 2. She has experience teaching at many Cleveland area yoga studios, gyms, and other private establishments over the last 17 years.
