Class Offerings
Foundations Flow
This is an all-level class that incorporates simple flows with foundational elements of a strong vinyasa practice. Heat is set to a cozy 84-88 degrees. You can expect to build internal heat through breath and movement at a moderate pace. You will receive instruction to help guide you through increasing your awareness of alignment and breath, and some classes may include additional breakdowns of specific poses.

Vinyasa Flow
This class is appropriate for yogis with a base level understanding of the physical practice of yoga. Heat is set to a cozy 84-88 degrees. You can expect to move with your breath while also incorporating longer holds that will help create internal heat and muscle memory. Some alignment will be provided throughout the class to encourage safe and healthy movement patterns. Sequencing will be creative while also being accessible, with modifications offered when needed.

Power Flow
Our most advanced offering. Vinyasa 3 is an athletic, power-style vinyasa class with minimal alignment instruction and creative sequencing that will pair one breath to one movement. Heat is set to 88-94 degrees to increase the intensity of the practice and to lubricate the joints during flow. These classes are fun, high-energy, and intense, but will leave you feeling strong and centered. Get ready to sweat and breathe!

Slow Burn
Slow does not mean easy! This class is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike, as the slower pace allows for time to establish and refine alignment while increasing overall breath and muscular awareness, strength, and flexibility. Heat is set to a cozy 84-88 degrees. This class encourages students to go deeper into their practice by allowing time and space to harness a greater awareness of the power of their breath. Postures will be held for a minimum of 5-7 breaths (or longer!), challenging the muscular system and the mind. You will leave feeling strong and rejuvenated.

Gentle
Slightly more intense than our Restore, but not quite ‘upping the ante’ to a Slow Burn, is our Gentle flow. This class is for all levels of experience, and heat will be set to a moderate temperature of 78-82 degrees. Sequencing will include a variety of postures, including a slow-paced flow, to increase circulation, awareness, and breath. The class will end low to the floor with longer holds to gently guide the body open and set the mind at ease.

Restore
Our most gentle class, for all levels of experience. Heat is set to a moderate temperature of 74-78 degrees to allow the body to relax. The entire practice will take place low to the floor, with minimal flow. Props are used in every session, and students will leave feeling relaxed with a renewed sense of awareness and peace. This class is a wonderful addition to your yoga practice and a great introduction to the benefits of healing through movement, breath, and energy work.

Burn & Restore
This class combines elements of our Slow Burn and Restorative class offerings, along with a deeper dive into pranayama, and is appropriate for beginners and experienced yogis alike! The room is heated to a cozy 84-88 degrees, and props will be a focus for the duration of the class. Students will begin at a slow pace to establish and refine alignment while building heat in the body, then moving into deep restorative postures to complete their practice.
